It is important for all parents to understand that we as Coaches treasure these athletes. All decisions will be made on the behalf of the teams goals and interest. 

We as Coaches cannot possibly be successful if are athletes are not successful. 

We will work diligently in making your athlete rise to their fullest potential both on and off the track.
