INTERESTED IN CROSS COUNTRY - Just show up first day to get started 15min before the practice starts.
First day of practice will be this Monday, 8/8/2022 at Van Nuys Sherman Oaks Park at 6:30pm if you live in the San Fernando Valley. Practice in the San Fernando Valley will be on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:30pm to 7:45pm.
MEET UP LOCATION: When you arrive at Van Nuys/Sherman Oaks Park find the work-out stations at the park around the dirt jogging trail. Bring a towel, water and wear PE Attire.

PIERCE COLLEGE
If you like hills then Pierce College is the best. It is a very hilly course the whole way. Kids enjoy running up, down and round all the hills Pierce College has to offer.

WOODLEY PARKThe course at Woodley Park is fast and flat. The course offers all athletes a nice scenic route around the lake.
